A white police officer has been arrested for killing an unarmed black man after he fled during a police check on a domestic violence call. Officer Alexander Tyler, 23, is charged with negligent homicide following the death of Alonzo Bagley, 43. He faces up to five years in prison. Police released bodycam footage during the trial.
