Generation Ironin according to sources, only a 29-year-old bodybuilder Bostin Loyd is dead. The official cause of death is not yet known.
Loyd died at his home in Spring Hill, Florida. The paramedics who arrived on the scene suspected the tragedy was due to a heart attack.
According to Generation Iron, Loyd became the first bodybuilder at the age of 21 to talk openly about steroid use during his active career.
Loyd was a controversial and even hated figure in bodybuilding circles, as in addition to steroid talk, the man has also spoken openly about how common the use of synthol is at the top of bodybuilding.
It is an oil mixture containing alcohol and lidocaine that causes the muscle to expand. Synthol causes an inflammatory state in the muscle, which can cause abscesses. They, in turn, may require surgical treatment or even limb amputation.
Loyd last competed in 2016. Four years later, he learned he was suffering from kidney failure, which was believed to be due to the use of various substances and drastic weight loss.
