In the French city of Marseille, in the south of the country, the body of a 36-year-old woman was found in horrific conditions. The young woman lay dead among a pile of rubbish and feces. Her 72-year-old father has been arrested and charged with kidnapping resulting in death. The man would have regularly locked up his daughter and wife.
