In Bruges, the body of a baby was found on Tuesday evening in a rubbish bin in a social housing area. The child’s mother has been arrested. Her family would not have known she was pregnant. An autopsy will be carried out to investigate the cause of death, the West Flanders public prosecutor’s office confirms.
