The police found a body on Tuesday evening in the search for the missing Silvana Heber from Hoogeloon. This happened in a forest area between Vessem and Veldhoven. The police take into account that it concerns Silvana.
Police searched the area after unspecified “leads”. The piece of forest is hidden from view with large black screens.
Her 41-year-old ex-partner Marlon B. was arrested on Saturday in connection with the missing person. The court in Den Bosch reported on Tuesday that the man is suspected of murder and that he will be detained for at least two weeks. Police already assumed foul play.
Agents were supported in the search by the Mobile Unit (ME) and the Veterans Search Team. Various forest areas around Hoogeloon were searched with prods, for example.
Didn’t show up
The woman’s missing was reported by family on Saturday after the woman did not show up for an appointment.
After that report, the police went to the woman’s house on Dyckmeesterstraat. There was her ex-partner, who also did not know where his wife was, he said at the time.
The house was searched for traces on Saturday and Sunday.
