Bocas Abiertas: Music and gastronomy in San Isidro

The festival open mouths celebrates its tenth year with a menu for all tastes, with dishes made by the best chefs, outdoors and next to the river. About 40 stalls, accompanied by a farmers’ market, will be the proposal for the entire public. The event takes place from Thursday, November 3 to Sunday, November 6, at the Municipal Exhibition Center of San Isidrolocated in Del Barco Centenera and the river.

“It is a festival that reflects the talent and generosity of our chefs and also a way of relating to each other around a delicious meal, in a relaxed way, outdoors and with art going around. Happy with this decade of a festival that has collaborated, and a lot, in consolidating the neighborhood as a gastronomic pole par excellence”, he expressed. The meeting, which will take place on Thursday from 18 to 23, and the rest of the days from noon to 23, will offer a wide variety of dishes made by local chefs. Five drinks bars will also be added, including wines, kombucha, appetizers, cider, beers and a tent exclusively dedicated to gin and tonic.

The most original point of the fair are the open classes that will be taught to the entire audience. On stage, there will be the artists of the kitchen: Ale Temporini, Franco Kalifón, Mauricio Asta, GaboColacioppo, Sebastián Panelo, Vilmar Paiva, Agus Baragiola, Lucas Cang, Félix Babini, Calu Carlos Maquilon, Anita Ortuño and Lucho Garcíawhich will carry out a fortnight of preparations and recipes for the enjoyment of the attendees.

A world unto itself with 34 stalls, ranging from vegan chocolates, yerba mate blends, organic popcorn, to botanical cosmetics, ceramics, grills, and culinary books.
