Bobbi Eden does not understand at all that John de Mol uses his power to keep Peter Gillis in power at all costs. “Salt with that guy!” the sensual movie star yells.
Most stars are silent for fear of John de Mol’s power, especially that of SBS 6, but behind the scenes there is indeed shame about the fact that he keeps Peter Gillis in the saddle. Everyone knows this man bad news is, but the line of the Talpa press department is that all the hassles addressed to him are ‘private matters’.
Report against Peter
John has set up a whole circus to polish Peter’s image – even Evert Santegoeds has turned 180 degrees after a coffee with Peter, so transparent – but more and more people think that the holiday park villain should just be off the screen. Especially now that his ex-girlfriend Nicol Kremers is going to report assault.
Nicol has Talpas worst nightmare called in as her counsel: Sébas Diekstra, who also assists victims of The Voice of Holland. “We can confirm that Nicol will still report the facts of which she has become a victim,” says her manager.
“Salt with that guy!”
The stars of Shownieuws, Airen Mylene and Evert in the lead, are hugging Gillis a lot, but their colleague Patty Brard can’t stand men with loose hands and supports Nicol. And that is quite uncomfortable: Patty owes it to Evert and his husband that her relationship with her daughter has been restored, but is now diametrically opposed to him.
Bobbi Eden is also on the right side of the line. She speaks up Story fiercely to Peter: “Yes. Where many people are cancelled, this gentleman can quietly renovate his girlfriend and continue cheerfully. Get over it with that guy.”
Suspend commitment
SBS 6 can take an example from the policy of RTL 4, says former politician Henk Krol. That channel decided to put Danny de Munk in the break room until there was more clarity about the accusations against him and then embraced him again. Danny himself understood that.
Henk says, also in the Story: “I would suspend the contract until there is a court ruling.”
‘Simply from the tube’
According to theater producer Hans Cornelissen, the whole Peter Gillis just has to go, regardless of what the judge decides. “Yes. I find the man too uninteresting and objectionable to put any energy into it at all.”
