Tom Gormican’s action comedy Massive Talent opened in cinemas in June. The main role is played by Nicolas Cage, as himself. The film is about a family man who becomes a spy in the drug business because he has serious financial problems.
Plot of “Massive Talent”
Nicolas Cage was once a superstar. By now he has acted in too many lousy films and therefore has big money problems. His daughter doesn’t want to have anything to do with him either. The easiest way out for him is to perform at a party hosted by billionaire Gutierrez (Pedro Pascal) for a million dollars. His reputation improves: a little later he is even recruited by the CIA to spy on Gutierrez’s drug deals. Things take a surprising turn when superfan Javier also flies in Nicolas’ ex-wife and daughter.
