Blood procession Bruges continues with innovations

The Blood Procession was unable to go out twice due to the corona crisis. In March 2020, all preparations were in full swing when the procession was cancelled. A year later, the infection rates turned out to be too high. With the code yellow now, rehearsals can start again, even if it is delayed.

More than 1,700 extras and 300 employees take part in the Holy Blood Procession. On average there are about 40,000 spectators.
