***1/2 THREE AND A HALF STARS
Although sometimes weighed down by certain discourses, Dolores Fonzi’s directorial debut about a world of female relationships -especially the variants of mother and daughter- is appreciable. Especially for the tone: striking that balance between drama and comedy without the characters blurring or the script seeming whimsical is a notable merit. For the rest, the emotion that the film arouses is genuine and sincere thanks to the fact that the images matter.
