blink-182 announces new album with Tom DeLonge with teaser clip

The album ONE MORE TIME… will be released on October 20th. A new single will be released on September 21st.

For the first time in twelve years, blink-182 will release a new record with Tom DeLonge. The band’s tenth studio album, ONE MORE TIME…, is scheduled for release on October 20th. This will be the first collaboration between Travis Barker, Mark Hoppus and Tom DeLonge since NEIGHBORHOODS (2011).

Tom DeLonge has been the singer and guitarist of Blink-182 since its inception, except for a four-year break. But in 2015 he was initially thrown out of the group after some disagreements. Matt Skiba from Alkaline Trio replaced him – until DeLonge became part of the band again in 2022.

After Tom DeLonge announced on Twitter at the end of August 2023 that a new record from his trio would be coming in the next few weeks, fueling fan speculation, the band released a four-minute video on their social media channels on September 18th in which they talked about their career, their music and a new album in an interview situation. However, it didn’t become more concrete at that point.

Already in 2022 they released a single with the old line-up called “Edging”. With the track “One More Time” a new track will be released on September 21st, which acts as a foretaste of the new record.
