Barry Schep and Mark van der Laan will also represent the group at Blauw-Wit next season. The korfball club from Amsterdam reports that the contracts of the coaching duo have been extended by a year.
“Extending the collaboration with the duo is a logical consequence of the good atmosphere within the selection, the current results and the association’s new top sports policy,” the club writes in a press release.
“The big goal is to have Blauw-Wit play for prizes again in the long term,” says Schep, who has been representing the group with Blauw-Wit again since 2023. He succeeded Erik van Brenk, who previously led the team together with Mark van der Laan. The club has set itself the goal of joining the top 4 of the Korfball League within three years.
