Blanca 2: the plot of the last episode
Blanca (Maria Chiara Giannetta) and the entire police station of San Teodoro in Genoa participate in Sebastiano’s funeral (Pierpaolo Spollon). Despite the pain, the blind police consultant has no intention of taking a break: «I won’t stop until I find that bastard». Blanca refers to Polybomberthe murderer of his friend, but in a moment of tension he also blames Liguori (Giuseppe Zeno): «If you had trusted him and hadn’t pushed him into that TSO Sebastiano would still be here», he shouts at her.
Meanwhile, Polibomber plans his latest bomb with the help of Nadia (Michela Cescon)., the most spectacular: during the Genoa Boat Show. Blanca, thanks to her intuition, discovers that the mother is the bomber’s accomplice and the world collapses around her. However, she decides to double-cross and help the police to frame Nadia and Raffaele Randi, this is the real name of the attacker. Things don’t go right: the madman discovers that Blanca knows the truth about her mother. Now the stakes are raised and Blanca has nothing to lose.

In this episode Blanca remains alone. After Sebastiano’s death it is like a train without brakes launched at full speed. And she is willing to do anything to frame Polibomber, even to dieespecially after discovering that the mother is his accomplice.
LSebastiano’s absence is devastatingthe new betrayal of Nadia it’s very painful, and it doesn’t end there: the consultant also risks losing custody of Lucia (Sara Ciocca) because the social services consider her job too dangerous. Will Blanca have to give up the police to be Lucia’s mother or will she have to give up custody of the little girl? Lucia runs away. The only pillars that the stranded woman can cling to are her father and her friend Stella. And Liguori?

How does it end between Blanca and Liguori?
In this last episode everything is focused on Blanca’s battle against Polibomber and with herself: many of her points of reference collapse. Who will help her support herself? Also Liguori he seems helpless in the face to typhoon Blanca who is not afraid of anything: «I’m scared instead – the policeman confesses to him – you are always at war, you never stop. I need something else.”

Rai, Lux Vide and the authors will certainly be thinking about a third season. Blanca was once again one of the most watched and loved series of the autumn: every Thursday evening it glued almost 4 million viewers to the TV. Of course the screenwriters will have to replace a strong character like Sebastianoand it won’t be easy, and create new personal turmoil in Blanca’s life: after the death of the sister and the second betrayal of the mother, what remains? We’ll see what they come up with, with the hope that they won’t distort a drama that started off very well, but lost a few pieces in the second season.
