First soundtrack information has been released for the new Marvel film “Black Panther: Wakanda Forever”. Alongside Rihanna, Burna Boy, Tems, Stormzy, Fireboy DML and Rema, among others, will be heard. The entire tracklist is here.
The score was created by director Ryan Coogler, composer Ludwig Göransson, Def Jam collaborator Archie Davis and music supervisor Dave Jordan.
“We wanted to create an impressive journey of sound and voices”
Speaking about the idea behind the production, Göransson said in a statement: “Ryan and I talked about the importance of creating an amazing journey of sound and voice. When we put a piece in the film, we wanted to use the whole song and that it was related to the story. We wanted to take the audience away from sorrow towards exuberance. Listening to the soundtrack allows you to close your eyes and relive the film’s experience. That was exactly our intention.”
