How was the beginning of the Architecture Studio and for what purpose do they carry it out?
The Hache Negra Design and Construction SRL Architecture Studio was born in 2013 in Buenos Aires, with the Architect Luis Darío Hernandez, who graduated from the Faculty of Architecture and Urbanism of the UBA and from the beginning of the career he was able to experience different work challenges that currently lead the company to respond effectively and committed to home design work, urban design, service infrastructure, executive construction management and large-scale civil works.
Always committed to the premise of the Studio: Imagine a space, draw it, design it, build it and continue imagining it. Phrase that leads us to a detailed study of the urban habitat. From what the place has to offer us, its potentialities and its shortcomings, the organization with the client, the economy of resources and the quality of a design that is unique and unrepeatable. Focused on the realization of projects that respond to the needs of the client at a morphological and functional level, that respond to the immediate environment, to the land where it is implanted, saving energy and resources that can be reused.
What aspects do they emphasize the most?
We focus on the construction of single-family homes in different locations in the North Zone of the province of Buenos Aires, neighborhood development projects. Five years ago we opened the maintenance department for industrial buildings and companies that need reforms, extensions and technical advice on infrastructure issues.
Our passion, dedication and professionalism is reflected in an Architecture Studio that grows every day to satisfy the client who entrusts his dreams to us and thus be able to arrive at a work that meets the required requirements, on time and with the predetermined budget, being the three fundamental bases in the field of construction, necessary for the work to come to fruition.
Wherever we look, architecture is present, looking through a window, sitting at a table, walking down the street. It is part of our day to day and the professionals who design spaces are shapers of that city, modeling the urban fabric from the design of a chair to the design of a building, it is necessary that we act responsibly and ethically because it is our job.
Imagining a space is where the passion for architecture begins, drawing it are the tools that the studio offers us, building it is the experience that the architect has to learn every day and continue imagining it, it works as a return to passion, a return to what that the architect loves, to reimagine that space to continue growing professionally.
