The outcome of the encounter shouldn’t change anything when Sandro Schwarz shared a beer with his friend Marco Rose – even if there’s a lot at stake for Hertha BSC and RB Leipzig.
It’s not about a cheeky joke after the game this Saturday (6:30 p.m. / Sky) in Berlin’s Olympic Stadium, Hertha’s soccer coach Schwarz assured.
“He wants to get the maximum out of his club. And I want to get the most out of my club with my team and the spectators,” emphasized the 44-year-old Schwarz at a press conference in the capital on Thursday.

The two coaches know each other from their professional days together at 1. FSV Mainz 05. “Obviously” he watched Leipzig’s quarter-final win against Borussia Dortmund in the DFB Cup on Wednesday evening.
“An impressive performance,” emphasized Schwarz: “They actually got the quality on the pitch that has characterized them throughout the season.” And that’s exactly what they have to adjust to.
