Both this afternoon’s episode and the prime time one they focus on Fekeli (Kerem Alisik). By chance the character discovers that Mehmet Kara (Ibrahim Celikkol) is actually Hakan Gümüsoglu. An old acquaintance of Çukurova, especially of Demir Yaman (Murat Ünalmis). The two, in fact, were great friends and also partners. Now Mehmet/Hakan is back for revenge.

The deception discovered, Fekeli turns to Abdulkadir (Erkan Betkas), asking him to tell the truth. He doesn’t know, however, that this request will cost him dearly. And indeed shortly afterwards his traces are lost. Lütfiye (Hülya Darcan) is afraid that something serious has happened to him. His suspicions are well founded, because Fekeli is found dead inside the car with whom he went to Ankara.

Soon the news spreads. Lütfiye rushes to hospital. Here he meets the head doctor, Doctor Aykut (Ugur Izgi), who confirms that he died following a heart attack.

While the family is destroyed by grief, Züleyha Altun (Hilal Altinbilek) she continues to search for information about her husband. For several weeks, Demir has disappeared into thin air and no one knows where he ended up. To raise hopes that he is still alive and that he will soon return home, the package from Syria received a few days earlier, containing his ring and a letter apparently written in his own hand.

Did Hakan kill Fekeli?

Now he goes to the prosecutor, hoping he has some news. Arrived at his office learns that Fikret (Furkan Palali) he returned from Syria, where he had gone to look for Demir, discovering that in reality the man had never been there and that therefore the package was only a sham to fuel false hopes. Furthermore, they report to her that too Fikret went to the prosecutor to tell what he had discoveredbut the conversation degenerated and eventually he has been arrested. Hakan helps him, obtaining his release.

So he is released again, but has little to celebrate. He discovers, in fact, that beloved uncle Fekeli is dead. For Çukurova it is a difficult day: the city must say goodbye to a person loved by everyone. While fellow citizens prepare for the funeral, his wife Lütfiye and Züleyha feel that things did not go as reported by Dr. Aykut. According to them there is something behind it. Züleyha then tells her that Fekeli never went to Ankara, as everyone thinks. So how and where did he die? Was it really a heart attack that killed him?

Later Fikret goes at Villa Yaman and tells Züleyha about the trip to Syria, explaining that there are no traces of Demir there. Hakan also shows up. In a moment of confidence, Züleyha confesses to him that she doesn’t believe the hospital’s official version about Fekeli’s death. A new picture begins to emerge: Hakan didn’t want to be exposed and is he responsible for his death?

The Canale 5 challenge: Bitter earth against Doc – In your hands 3

The new evening episode of Bitter earth – usually broadcast on Sunday evening – arrives in conjunction with the debut on Rai 1 of Doc – In your hands 3. Instead this week he doubles down precisely to counter the series with Luca Argentero.

An interesting move by Mediaset, if in fact the ratings are positive it is plausible to expect the programming to undergo further changes.

Live coverage of the Italian Cup match between Juventus and Frosinone, scheduled on Canale 5 before this special episode, airs at 8.50 pm on Italia 1, preceded by Italian Cup Live.
