Formula who wins cannot be changed. Tonight at 9.30pm on Channel 5 the new episode of Bitter earththe Turkish soap opera that conquered the afternoon audience of the Mediaset flagship. New twists turn the lives of the protagonists upside down, starting with the truth about Fikret’s father.

Sermin (Sibel Tascioglu) and Füsun (Yeliz Dogramacilar) scare Lütfiye (Hülya Darcan) by revealing to her what happened between Müjgan (Melike Ipek Yalova) and Züleyha (Hilal Altinbilek) in the past. Çetin (Aras Senol) goes to the hospital and as soon as he sees Fikret (Furkan Palali), he attacks him. He thinks he is responsible for Fekeli’s (Kerem Alisik) heart attack. Present at the scene is Demir (Murat Üalmis), who remains impassive, not understanding what to do. THELütfiye intervenes, who fortunately knows how to appease his nephew and bring him home.
While in in Adana citizens are busy commenting on Fikret’s statements that appear in the newspapers. The man revealed the backstory of her mother’s relationship with Adnan Yaman, her biological father. Adnan is also Demir’s fatherthis explains the blind anger towards him and the desire to put him offside. Fikret told the press that her mother suffered repeated abuse from Yaman.
Müjgan, Fikret’s wife, observes him carefully and realizes that, since he swore revenge on the family, Yaman is a different man. Different, very different from the one she fell in love with and married. But the hope that things will improve is not lost. Soon after, Fikret – as well as Demir and Züleyha – discover the whole truth about the relationship between Safiye and Adnan Yaman.

Lütfiye shows the letters to Fikret and Demir decides to publish them
At this point, Lütfiye decides to take matters into his own hands and talk to his nephew. She goes to Fikret and shows him some letters that turn the tables on him. In the letters, the truth emerges. Safiye and Adnan were truly in love. Yaman was not a perfect man, rather he embodied the traits of the tombeur de femmes. However he never abused Safiye.
As had already emerged during the previous episodes, the man had promised her that he would leave his wife, to live love in the open and, consequently, raise Fikret. THowever, things turned out differently. Once he discovers the truth, Fikret makes a sudden decision. He decides to leave for Germany in search of fortune.
Demir, however, devises a plan to clean up his father’s image. Zuleya – to whom he is now married after ending the relationship with Ümit – managed to get hold of Safiye and Adnan’s letters. So he thinks that the best solution to rehabilitate his father’s memory is to publish all the epistolary material. Nothing but genuine feeling emerges from the letters. Will it be enough to sweep away the clouds around Adnan’s name and do justice to the accusations made by Fikret?
