Bisseck to Inter: a giant from Aarhus for Inzaghi

Yesterday I met at the office with the agents. For the central player of 1.96, the release clause of seven million will be paid, which can be exercised in two installments

Young, physically strong and tactically flexible. Moreover, always in the tour of the national youth teams of Germany. Yann Bisseck will soon be a new element in the restyling of the Inter defense. Having settled the central question with the redemption of Francesco Acerbi from Lazio and the practically defined renewal with Stefan de Vrij, Inter quickly jumped on one of the objectives identified some time ago to complete the sector which in two weeks will lose Milan Skriniar (in fact already a PSG player) and Danilo D’Ambrosio, both of whose contracts expire. And while waiting to understand what the margins will be for reaching Kalidou Koulibaly of Chelsea, for whom the first request for a flat loan was rejected, Simone Inzaghi will finally have a real deputy for Bastoni. Bisseck, in fact, is a natural right footer who however prefers to play in the centre-left of the three-man defence: this season with Aahrus he has collected 35 appearances and scored 5 goals, so as to attract the attention of various top European clubs. Marotta and Ausilio were very quick to get in contact with the player’s agents and yesterday in Milan they actually reached an agreement in principle for the purchase of the defender born in 2000 with Aarhus: Inter will pay the 7 million release clause in two tranches, thus dividing the total expense over the next two years.

The clause

The first summit quickly led to white smoke. Yesterday Bisseck’s agents showed up at the Nerazzurri headquarters in the late morning and already in the early afternoon there was great optimism for the successful outcome of the operation. After all, the giant from Cologne (196 centimeters by 83 kg) personally began to push for a transfer to Inter as soon as he became aware of Zhang’s interest from the club. The agreement for his engagement will be defined in detail in the new meeting to be held – probably – at the beginning of next week (five-year contract). Yesterday, however, the meeting served to clarify all the details present in the release clause that binds the defender to the Danish club: generally, the clause is made to obtain cash payment and in a single solution, but in this case no: in the agreement, in fact, envisages the possibility of paying in two installments and this has made it possible to speed up the times of the operation. Inter want to guarantee Inzaghi the possibility of having as definitive a squad as possible starting from the day of the meeting, scheduled for 10 July in Appiano Gentile.

The words

Bisseck has everything it takes today to be an Inter player: explosive, versatile, structured. He will turn 23 at the end of November and still has great room for improvement. Raised in the Cologne youth team – with which he made his debut in the first team at the age of 16 – Yann is one of the pillars of the German Under-21 team in view of the next European Championship. And it is precisely since the withdrawal of the national team that an appreciation for the transfer has been let slip. “Does Inter want me? If the executives of a top club think he’s ready to jump, why shouldn’t I believe them too? I smile because in every transfer window I wondered where I could go, if there was still a good option for me. Now it seems that he is spoiled for choice – said the defender -. If I had been told when I went to Aarhus that I would have that chance at some point, I never would have believed it possible.” And yet it is all true. There’s very little left for signing with Inter.
