Bankruptcy, major raid, ignored tenants – the Adler Group should have great interest in saving its own reputation, but instead the landlord in Lichtenrade is making the next mistake.
The exorbitant operating cost bill gives the impression that the company wants to enrich itself from helpless landlords. Heating costs that have increased threefold are difficult to justify.
The only explanation for the increased costs could be the defect in the heating and hot water system, which tenants have been drawing attention to for years. The Adler Group has not managed to repair these, so this billing cannot be acceptable.
Instead of demanding money from the tenants, the company should compensate them!
