Former German chancellor Gerhard Schroeder met in Moscow with Roman Abramovich and Vladimir Medinsky, writes Bild. Politico previously reported on Schroeder’s meeting with Putin, but the president’s spokesman said he had no such data.

Former German chancellor Gerhard Schroeder, during his visit to Moscow last week, met with businessman Roman Abramovich and with the head of the Russian delegation at the talks with Ukraine, Russian presidential aide Vladimir Medinsky. About it informs German newspaper Bild.
According to the newspaper, the meeting with Abramovich took place on March 10 at the Baltschug Kempinski Hotel, while both Schroeder and Abramovich were taken to the hotel through a side entrance.
Also, according to the publication, Schroeder met with Medinsky in Moscow (the publication does not provide information about the place and time of this meeting). In addition, according to the publication, he met on March 14 with Turkish President Recep Tayyip Erdogan.

The European edition of Politico previously wrote about Schroeder’s visit to Moscow. According to the interlocutors of the online publication, he came to Moscow to meet with Russian President Vladimir Putin to discuss the settlement of the conflict with Ukraine.
