Big Scarr died at 22: This is how label boss Gucci Mane reacted

Rapper Big Scarr is said to have died on the night of December 22, according to Instagram posts. Gucci Mane, whose label 1017 Global Music Scarr was signed to, confirmed the 22-year-old’s death with a post in which he wrote: “It hurts. I miss you @bigscarr”. Scarr’s 1017 label colleague Enchanting also confirmed the news in various Instagram stories.

What happened to the rapper?

The rapper’s cause of death is still unknown. There are still no reports from the police or local news agencies.

Alexander Woods, better known by his stage name Big Scarr, was an American rapper from Memphis. He started his career in 2019 when he released Make a Play which quickly gained popularity on YouTube. In 2020 he signed with Gucci Manes label. He is best known for his mixtape titled Big Grim Reaper (2021), and his track SoIcyBoyz, which features Pooh Shiesty, Foogiano and Tay Keith. In 2023, Scarr had planned to tour with rapper Key Glocke.
