“So nice that mom and I can do this together,” says Priscilla, who did not opt for a career in showbiz, but works in an animal shelter. With that statement, she is not only referring to taking, for example, holidays to Ibiza and trips like this one, but also to a large project that they will launch together later this week. The name is an amalgamation of mother and daughter: pritty.
“It has always been Priscilla’s dream to be creative with jewelry,” says Patty. “And one of the things I would like to pass on to her in life is that you have to make your dreams come true. I am really proud of her! She has the first mood boards made of a jewelry line and the whole look and feel given to this collection. The name also comes from her.”
Collaboration
Priscilla: “We have put together our jewelry collection – intended for mothers, daughters and friends of all ages – at the large drugstore chain that mom has been working with for some time. Pritty is based on the fact that as a mother and daughter you can wear the same, but in your own way. Look at us, we also have the same clothes and accessories in a way. Although mama, like an old hippie, really wears everything together and I have a more classic taste.”
Patty loves to work together after all these years of absence from each other’s lives. “And having so much fun with it! Of course there are still discussions, (laughing:) but they are now about all those colors and combinations. We never want to argue again! It’s all such a waste of time… and it goes so quickly.”
