US President Joe Biden and his Russian counterpart Vladimir Putin have agreed “in principle” to meet to discuss the Ukraine crisis. The French government announced this in the night from Sunday to Monday. The summit was proposed by French President Emmanuel Macron after he called Putin a second time in one day on Sunday and also made several calls across the Atlantic.
