Back in 2009, the US artist was pulled over during a traffic stop and arrested because he was illegally in possession of three firearms and in a stolen vehicle. BG was later also charged with obstruction of justice for urging a friend to falsely claim ownership of the gun.

About BG: Christopher Dorsey, aka BG, became known in the New Orleans rap scene as part of Hot Boys, of which Lil Wayne, Turk and Juvenile were also members. Together they released tracks like “Neighborhood Superstars,” “Get It How U Live,” and “Ride or Die.” BG released solo records on the Cash Money Records label in the early 90s – but in 2002, after a dispute, he separated from the label and founded his own – Choppa City. It is unclear what plans the rapper has for the future.
