The K-pop band tease a preview of their upcoming work, Beyond The Story: 10-Years Record BTS, in a trailer.
It was in June 2013 that K-pop combo BTS released their debut single “No More Dream” and have since conquered the music world from South Korea. Today, millions of fans around the world are cheering for the seven men from Seoul. In keeping with this year’s anniversary, the band is now unpacking all the background to their success story in the form of a book.
BTS: Rise to World Stars
Together with the journalist, the compatriot Myeongseok Kang, the group has summarized the steep BTS career in “Beyond The Story: 10-Years Record BTS” on 512 pages. In order to get fans in the mood for the upcoming work, they have also released a trailer that gives a first taste of the content.
From the trailer it can be concluded that the first two chapters of their biography will revolve around the beginnings of the band. The next three will detail the troupe’s meteoric rise following the release of their 2015 hit “I Need U.” The final chapters of the book are all about the world career that the South Koreans are continuing successfully to this day.
Riddles about mysterious book announcement
Beforehand, there was plenty of speculation on the Internet about a hitherto mysterious pop artist biography that would soon be published. Fans initially hoped that it could be that of US pop icon Taylor Swift. However, with the release of the trailer, it turned out that BTS have gone under the literati. In any case, the tome will provide plenty of information and background – not only from the time when they were brought together as a band by “Big Hits Hit It” casting in 2010 and 2011.
Beyond The Story: 10-Years Record BTS will be available in Germany on July 9, 2023 via Droemer Knaur.
At the moment there is no news on the group apart from the book as they are on hiatus until 2025 – the members are currently doing their military service.
