Beyoncé’s ‘show’ at the Estadi Olímpic in Barcelona has posted the Sold Out sign

“This particular hat is probably the most laborious piece I’ve ever made in my life”

Beyoncé’s ‘show’ at the Estadi Olímpic in Barcelona has posted the sold-out sign and many are waiting for the diva to announce new dates for her ‘Renaissance World Tour’. Meanwhile, there are also many fans who warm up their engines and they sign up for the waiting list to buy the sparkling hat that the diva wears on the tour poster.

The designer of the brilliant ‘cowboy’ hat is the young Abby Misbin, Etsy Shop Manager TrendingByAbby, who lives on the outskirts of Philadelphia and in a few days has been flooded with orders after the poster of the ‘tour’ of the interpreter of ‘Halo’ was published.

“This particular hat is probably the most laborious piece I’ve ever made,” recognizes the creator to ‘The Cut’. “It’s as if it were a work of art,” he says, explaining that “it has been created from tiny pieces of mirrored mosaic, embedded one by one by hand, which requires a lot of hours of work,” he says. Misbin, who confesses that with the accumulation of requests, she was forced to ask friends and family for help.

In early June 2022, a stylist messaged me on Etsy. She’d say something like, ‘Hi Abby, where are you? I am interested in purchasing this hat for Beyoncé. I need it by the end of the year. So I quickly mailed the model to Los Angeles. I assumed it wasn’t a scam because the stylist had her Instagram verified and connected to her Etsy account (‘online’ store), so I could see that she had worked with Beyoncé and other celebrities before,” she tells the magazine. .

“I had no idea if it was going to be used,” says the designer, who adds: “I even thought she would look at it, but she wouldn’t like it. I was waiting, but nobody said anything to me and suddenly, I saw that Beyoncé was wearing a hat that wasn’t mine on her album cover, honestly it had nothing to do with my creation, which is much more expensive. But days Then the tour poster came out, and she was wearing it,” recounts enthusiastically.

“Nobody had any idea it was mine. I did everything I could to make people realize. I responded to more than 50 tweets saying, “OMG this hat is in my store! I did it!” I got one or two people who knew I was in the Beyoncé music video to ask me, and that made me happy.” She adds: “I posted it on a very popular Twitter account and a friend messaged me about my store and little by little, we started getting messages saying: “It’s amazing, we love that it’s a small business, we’ll promote it right away.” The tour poster came out at 8 in the morning and two hours later, at 11:00 a.m., the hat was already sold out. Now everyone wants to take him on tour.” concludes.
