Beyoncé switched to country music – Already made history

The world-famous singer surprises with his new choice of genre.

R&B singer Beyoncé released her new song on February 11 Texas Hold ‘Em”. What was surprising was that the song is in the genre of country music. The song belongs to the singer’s upcoming album Act II.

The surprise turn paid off, as the song went to number one on the Billboard charts. It’s Beyoncé’s second chart-topper of the 2020s. His previous album Renaissance paragraph Break My Soul was his ninth No. 1 of his entire career.

In a Billboard article we especially praise the fact that the song has ended up on the country music radio charts. It’s a difficult, even historic, feat for artists outside of the country music or Nashville community. Getting into the country charts is difficult, especially for black women.
