‘Evian x Balmain’
For the French mineral water brand Evian, collaboration with big names in the fashion world is already a tradition. Following American designer Virgil Abloh and Italian clothing group Moncler SpA, the brand has teamed up with couturier Olivier Rousteing to create an exclusive collection for French luxury fashion house Balmain. The program includes a personalized bottle, a ready-to-wear collection and also a couture dress made from recycled plastic.
Barbie
The Barbie phenomenon was present everywhere in 2023. The feature film by American director Greta Gerwig represented a real marketing coup and reignited enthusiasm for the famous Mattel doll. Barbie is much more than just a toy, she has become a social issue and questions the relationship between men and women. Countless brands have jumped on the pink trend and are presenting their collections bright pink tone.
‘PrettyLittleThing x Naomi Campbell’
American catwalk icon Naomi Campbell has teamed up with British fast fashion brand PrettyLittleThings to create an exclusive collection. To do this, she chose two emerging designers, Nigerian Victor Anate and Jamaican Edvin Thompson, to create 15 looks for the collection.
‘Lanvin Lab x Future’
Collaboration between luxury brands and urban fashion designers has become a significant trend in recent years. These included the American designer Virgil Ablohlater the musician who also came from the USA Pharrell Williams at the French luxury fashion house Louis Vuitton, as well Adidas with Prada. With the first capsule of its collaboration project ‘Lanvin Lab’, the French luxury fashion house Lanvin has presented the US Rapper Future invited to an exclusive collaboration between fashion and music.
‘Puma x Rihanna’
The collection ‘Puma x Fenty’, which has been German sporting goods retailer Puma’s most important collaboration since 2015, is celebrating its comeback in 2023 with iconic models reinterpreted by American singer Rihanna. At the same time, her partner, the American rapper Asap Rocky, was appointed artistic director of the ‘Puma x F1’ line in collaboration with the Formula 1 motorsport series.
