Singer Bess states that no harassment has occurred. He has resolved the situation with the person involved in a good spirit.
Singer Bess published an article on her Instagram account, which is a continuation of her last week’s tantrum. The singer said that she encountered inappropriate behavior on TV shoots from the sound technician.
Now Bess states that she has discussed the situation with the parties involved calmly, and no inappropriate behavior has occurred.
– We have discussed in a good spirit how to be even more sensitive to the experience of others in the future. We are all in agreement that there has been no inappropriate touching, harassment or harassment in the situation. Thank you for the good and constructive dialogue. Everything is fine, the voice man has done his job in the situation, so let’s calm down.
– I hope that, on a general level, this has given everyone here something to think about, if there is something in their own operating methods or sensitivity that should be checked and perhaps done differently.
The singer continues that it was not his intention to target anyone or go on a chase. Bess states that in her previous update she wanted to unpack her own feelings.
– The whole point of the post was to open up how black people felt, and I expressed strong frustration about several different situations. I wanted to remind the gang to be considerate, because too many times throughout my life, people’s intentional or unintentional thoughtlessness led to emotions and that crippling defensive reaction in the body.
The singer says that the conversation also encouraged others to share even difficult experiences. He thanks for the messages he has received, and encourages everyone to have a factual and respectful conversation.
