Bert (42) knows loiterers who stamped his broken leg, and yet the case is dismissed: “Even number plate delivered to the police”

“I have decided to handle the file without prosecution.” A dry message from the public prosecutor’s office in Leuven has angered Bert Goossens (42) from Keerbergen. While Bert can indicate who it is, no one has been heard, let alone prosecuted. “How is it possible?” says Bert.
