The Berlin Film Festival is now showing highlights of this year’s program in the Friedrichshain open-air cinema.

Berlinale sniffles and a frosty February festival at the inhospitable Potsdamer Platz are traditions that we have come to love. But watching movies is just more fun in the warm months.

Thus, the Berlin Film Festival once again invites you to the Summer Berlinale with highlights of the most recent festival. These will be shown from July 6th to 9th in the Friedrichshain open-air cinema.

One of them is the French Gold Bear winner “Sur l’Adament” (July 6th) by Nicolas Philibert about the residents of a floating Parisian day clinic for mental illnesses. The South Korean love drama “Past Lives” (July 8) can also be seen.

The winner of the Crystal Bear “Adolfo” (9 July) and the winner of the Panorama Audience Award “Kokomo City” (7 July) will also be shown.
