Berlin FDP elects new board

By Larissa Hoppe

The Berlin FDP will elect a new state executive at a party conference starting at 10 a.m. The member of the Bundestag, Christoph Meyer, will again serve as state chairman. The lawyer (46) has been at the head of the state association since March 2018. He was previously country head from 2010 to 2012. After the House of Representatives elections in September, he led the FDP’s exploratory group in the ultimately unsuccessful talks with the SPD.
