Berlin, Beats & Boats: Celebrate on the water

Berlin, Beats & Boats goes into the next round on July 1st. All information about the event here.

Ahoy, Ahoy: This summer, a steamer will once again be transformed into a disco and invite you to a rave on the water. Berlin, Beats & Boats is a series of events where a ship turns into a floating discotheque for a day.

This is not just any ship, but Berlin’s largest passenger ship. For one afternoon, the upper deck of the “Havel Queen” will be converted into a dance floor with electronic dance music. Also on board: techno veteran Tobi Neumann.

It starts on Saturday, July 1st, at 3:00 p.m. at the “Greenwichpromenade” pier in Berlin, Tegel. From there it goes full speed ahead over Lake Tegel, past Villa Borsig, the Tegel lido, the islands of Scharfenberg and Valentinswerder, further on the Havel via Tegelort, Konradshöhe, Niederneuendorf, Heiligensee and Hennigsdorf and back to Tegel.

Anyone who still feels like partying and hasn’t gotten seasick by then can continue at Kater Blau on Holzmarktstraße 25. From 9:00 p.m. the club opens its doors for an exclusive after-show party. With the BBB wristband you can get in for a reduced price of 10 euros. There will be a bus transfer from the pier in Tegel to Kater Blau.
