In order to find the clubs with the best value for money, the data of the highest rated German clubs was analyzed. Exactly what that looked like: Experts from “Best Online Casinos“ determined the data of 50 different clubs. The location, the TripAdvisor ratings, Instagram hashtags as well as average admission prices and opening times were the focus of the evaluations. An index score of 100 was then created for each nightclub, taking into account the criteria just mentioned, with double weighting for ticket prices and opening hours. At the end, the clubs were sorted in descending order by their index value.
With a score of 76.5, the Berghain ended up taking first place in the study. Despite its idiosyncratic admission policy, the party stronghold was able to climb the podium all the way to the top. And of course: on Instagram alone, the club has over 321,000 hashtags, which is by far the highest number among the top 10. Admission to Berghain costs 15 euros on average, but club guests can party from Friday to Sunday. Even within the top 50 of the cheapest clubs in Europe, the Berghain occupies an impressive second place.
Second place goes to Wilde Renate
Salon zur Wilden Renate took second place in the ranking for the best price-performance ratio of nightclubs in Germany. Also located in the district of Berlin-Friedrichshain, the Wilde Renate is a good address for ravers from all over Europe.
With a score of 67.4, the Wilde Renate lands just behind Berghain. With a TripAdvisor ranking on par with Berghain and a cheaper entrance fee, the Wilde Renate is a popular nightlife destination in the capital. However, the club can neither keep up with the opening hours nor with the popularity of Berghain on the Internet. This also underlines the hashtag mass on Instagram. In the overall ranking of the cheapest clubs in Europe, Wilde Renate took fourth place.
Also worth mentioning: Third place in the study went to the Bootshaus in Cologne with a score of 54.3. While the Bootshaus has the second-highest average ticket price at €22.40, it also has the highest TripAdvisor rating (4.5 stars) of any club in Germany, as well as among the best-value nightclubs in Europe.
