Nobody could have expected that Antonio Silva would develop so blatantly in such a short time.
Unfortunately, Verissimo’s injury is dragging on and consequently Morato was chosen and Vitor was signed as a strong and fast IV. But he also got injured and accordingly Antonio Silva was in the right place at the right time. If he keeps it up, the boy could become our next Ruben Dias.
Brooks was signed for only 1 season. A one-year contract has been agreed with the player, with the possibility of a further year.
Because of all the injuries, you have a good IV as a replacement without blowing the transfer or salary budget or putting too much strain on it.
