When passion creates suffering – Ben Tewaag (47) can sing a song about it…

Tiergarten District Court. Call for file number 251b Ds 93/22. But the accused Manna D. (53) is missing. She sent a doctor’s note as an apology.

It says: “unable to travel due to sciatica on the left”. The process is about reenactment (§ 238 StGB). The victim: Ben Tewaag (47), son of the German acting icon Uschi Glas (79). At the beginning of 2022, the accused is said to have showered him with thousands of oaths of love.

The penalty order from the Tiergarten district court mentions more than 5,600 messages in three months, almost every hour. At the time, the managing director of a film company had rented an apartment in Frankfurt am Main (Hesse).

In addition to declarations of love, there should have been insults. Tewaag also defended himself under civil law against the abusive female fan under the Violence Protection Act. Because he filed the criminal complaint in Berlin, the Tiergarten district court is responsible for the criminal case.

The judge decides: This certificate is not sufficient as an apology, the objection to the penalty order is rejected. This means that a fine of 4500 euros is now due (150 daily rates of 30 euros each). Manna D. can still appeal.
