From March 30, visitors to Bellewaerde Park can visit the new zone of the park. The eye-catcher of the ‘Mundo Amazonia’ zone is the new water attraction ‘Amazonia’. Visitors board a round boat for eight people and take an elevator to a height of 18 meters. After an initial descent into the water basin, the boat is raised to a height of 19 meters via a lift. Visitors then enter a large halfpipe. The boat ends with a free fall.
There will also be two smaller attractions such as the ‘Rio Do Cacao’ or the mini tree trunks. The existing ‘River Splash’ will also be included in the zone. The attraction is getting a thorough upgrade. Younger visitors can also go there for the kids coaster ‘Brazilian Buggies’.
