Brussels Climate Minister Alain Maron (Ecolo) does not want to submit the Belgian energy and climate plan to the European Commission for the time being if Flanders does not increase its climate efforts or provides financial guarantees. This was heard on Monday by Flemish Minister of the Environment Zuhal Demir (N-VA), after the various competent ministers had discussed this earlier in the day.
