A fugitive Belgian (35) has been arrested in Dordrecht, in the west of the Netherlands. The man, of Cape Verdean origin, had to serve a prison sentence of more than eighteen years. He could be caught “thanks to months of cooperation between the FAST (Fugitive Active Search Team) of the Belgian Federal Police and the FAST Netherlands”, according to the Dutch police.
