The police arrested a 36-year-old Belgian truck driver near Muiderberg last night. 500 kilos of cocaine were found in his trailer.

Officers carried out a check at a parking lot along the A1 near Muiderberg. There, the police found the drug load in a truck. The Belgian is being held for questioning. He is suspected of violation of the Opium Act.
