Belgian MEP Marc Tarabella (PS) has been suspended by the social democratic S&D group for the duration of the judicial investigation into the corruption case that has erupted in the EP, in which he is also mentioned. Group chairman Iratxe Garcia Perez confirmed this on Tuesday. “Whether he will be reinstated depends on the investigation. When that is done, we will make a decision with the group,” she said.
