Belgian drug lord with ‘drive-in’ for blocks of cocaine loses real estate empire | Domestic

Double bad luck for a Belgian drug lord who had a ‘drive-in’ where criminals could pick up blocks of coke. Dries Lonneux (44) was sentenced to 12 years in prison in Liège last summer. Now there is a new setback. At the request of the Belgian court, the real estate empire that the drug baron built up in Albania has been seized. It concerns about ten properties. The Liège resident is said to be a companion of the infamous “Bolle Jos” Leijdekkers.
