Singer Luc De Vos, who died in 2014, would have turned 60 on 12 July and the city of Ghent and the partners of the Gentse Feesten do not want to let that pass unnoticed. To this end, they are joining forces with a number of Belgian artists who will decorate the line-up of the ten-day city festival.
