Belarus on Sunday approved a new constitution in a referendum that abolishes the country’s non-nuclear status. Belarus’ decision means Russia can place nuclear weapons in the country. “That is very dangerous,” High Representative of European Foreign Policy Josep Borrell warned on Monday. He made the statement before the start of a meeting with the defense ministers of the European Union.
