Nothe sixth episode of Beijing Express 2023 – broadcast tonight at 9.30pm on TV8 – the couples are facing a new stage. They have to travel 545 kilometers and reach the city of Miri, where the finish line is marked. Waiting for them are Costantino della Gherardesca and Enzo Miccio.

The travelers are in Malaysia and in the first mission they must demonstrate that they know how to work as a team, even when the game dynamics change. In this episode, in fact, pairs are mixed. This means that each competitor competes for victory together with an opponent. A temporary misstep by yourself or your partner could jeopardize your position in the rankings.
We start from Sibuthe same location where the previous stage ended. From here they have to head towards Kutien Memorial Park. One of the members of the couple must memorize a popular song from the Sarawak regioncall Santubong Powers. After that he must teach lyrics and rhythm to his teammate, who must repeat it correctly before the judge. It’s the only way to continue the journey.
Once the obstacle has been overcome, each couple can continue towards the Red Book. The competitors are still mixed, so to qualify for the advantage test they must wait for the arrival of their partner. As always, the first three couples classified enter the test.

Couples struggling with stones and grilled worms
Even in this episode the advantage test consists in having to face an obstacle coursethe. Step by step, they have to collect some objects, including two flags, an axe, a basket and the red envelope. Inside the latter the place to reach is indicated. After that they head towards Kampung Seri Tellian. And here they are facing a new challenge: break some logs and collect ten live sago worms. They then return to the starting point.
It doesn’t end here, because Beijing Express is characterized by allowing players to fully immerse themselves in new cultures. So each of the three couples must eat grilled worms and build sugar canes. Whoever completes the mission first wins.
The winning couple wins a position in the final stage ranking and assigns a penalty to one of the opposing couples. This week the penalty consists of a delay in carrying out the next mission. The recipient couple can leave only after having learned and reproduced the choreography of the bamboo dance by heart.

In the second mission, the cast of Beijing Express 2023 moves towards the village of Batu Noah, near the Niah National Park. Once there, we leave for a new destination: the village of Rumah Panjang Patrick Libau. To get there, travelers must cross the jungle and its obstacles. They enter a cave, in which they have to collect stones of different colors, on which some numbers are drawn. The figures represent the solution to the puzzle that they will have to solve immediately afterwards.
Once we arrive at the village, they add the numbers drawn on the stones which show the same colors as the Malaysian flag. The number obtained corresponds to the number of the longhouse they need to go to. Here they come into possession of an envelope containing the directions to head towards the finish line of the stage.

The cast of Beijing Express 2023 it becomes increasingly narrower.
