‘Begins to believe in himself too much’

Job Knoester is causing some concern among viewers of Today Inside now that he is starting to measure other guests as a regular table guest. “He’s really starting to believe in himself more and more.”

Every now and then the men of Today Inside try out a new table guest. Often it is then finally broken down the next evening by Johan Derksen or René van der Gijp. Lawyer Gerald Roethof, who took a seat at the table last week, also has to believe it. However, he is not ridiculed by them, but by another regular guest: Job Knoester.

Job demolishes Gerald

Job thinks that Gerald definitely doesn’t have the right chemistry with the men of VI. “And you have it and he doesn’t, you say”, host Wilfred Genee put it to him.

Indeed, Job agrees: “I do think so. And that’s because I think I’m more into the football world. Yes, you are laughing.”

Wilfred: “Yes, I like that you say that about yourself.”

Self-enthusiasm

Media journalist Bas Hakker finds it striking that Job is so immodest. “Relaxed that Knoeperd makes a critical analysis of the guests at Today Inside with the conclusion: I myself am perfect at the table as a boy from the road. We at FC Mediacircus, aka ‘the podcast of the answers’, keep an eye on media self-enthusiasm.”

Rens Muller, editor-in-chief of Bicycling magazine, is concerned. “He is also starting to believe in himself more and more.”

Laugh at John

Viewer Jeroen is also critical. “Knoepert is starting to believe in himself a little too much as a regular table guest,” he tweets.

Wulp: “Just like that horribly boring Knoepert laughing exaggeratedly at everything Derksen says, then your spot is guaranteed.”

Marcel has no problem with Gerald. “I thought it was okay that he was there. Why does Knoepert think he is more suitable?”
