Beeping from car turns out to be a newborn kitten, mechanics save the animal

Car mechanics who were working at Van den Udenhout in Oss on Tuesday suddenly heard a strange noise coming from one of the cars. It wasn’t a roaring engine, just a soft squeak. What turned out? There was a newborn kitten hiding by the battery. Mechanics managed to save the animal.

On the sweltering day, the animal was hidden under the sill of a Volkswagen E-up. It had even crawled all the way up to the high-voltage battery. The mechanics got the kitten out of the car and immediately called the Animal Ambulance.

The kitten has since been placed with a host family. According to Van den Udenhout, the kitten has already been completely accepted by her new foster mother cat and the kitten is doing well.
