Bechtle shares fall into the red: Bechtle expands its board of directors and brings in ex-GRENKE boss Leminsky

Bechtle is expanding its board of directors to include another department and is bringing former GRENKE CEO Antje Leminsky on board.

The supervisory board of the IT system house appointed the 52-year-old to the areas of logistics, procurement and partner management as well as financial services and sustainability management on February 1st, as Bechtle announced in Neckarsulm. The manager of CEO Thomas Olemotz takes on some of these tasks. Your contract runs until the end of 2026.

Bechtle wants to use Leminsky’s experience in the leasing business for the planned expansion of its Financial Services division, which offers customers financing solutions. The Rostock native was most recently deputy CEO of the measurement technology manufacturer Testo.

In XETRA trading, Bechtle shares were temporarily trading 0.55 percent lower at 44.86 euros.
