It was blowing white clouds and enjoying the residents of many places in North Holland North this morning. The Noordkop in particular was covered in a crackling white layer. You can see the most beautiful photos of a winter in Wieringen here.
The sun is just rising, but is not yet strong enough to melt the frost around Den Oever and Oosterland.
